Van Hassel and Hill have been working together for the last 15 years, exploring ambient soundscapes and experimenting with their collective tonalities to hone a very unique experience that perfectly reflects their seasoned backgrounds. With a strong bond they are able to nourish their individual qualities and inspiration, pulling from artists like Brian Eno, Tetsu Inoue, Stars of the Lid, Loscil, and Lucette Bourdin. Echoes of altered states and expanded consciousness resonate within their compositions, resembling a subtle twist of slightly confused serenity as well as an encompassing comfort and collected calmness.
