Softcoresoft is a Montreal-based DJ, producer and community organizer active since 2015. Her sound fuses acid, loopy techno, 90s trance, playful rave grooves, and breaky rhythms.
She has released music on labels like Humidex (which she co-funded), Lobster Theremin and Uncanny Valley, along with several compilations.
Her performances include Boiler Room, several editions of MUTEK, Piknic Electronik, Igloofest, Exposé Noir, in addition to countless underground parties. Outside of her hometown, softcoresoft also performed in Paris (Possession x Boiler Room), Berlin (Buttons, Weeeirdos), Barcelona (LAUT), London (Corsica Studios), Detroit (Marble Bar), Norway (International Bergen Festival), Düsseldorf (Golzheim), Ciel’s Work In Progress party in Toronto, Overland’s Freak Hour in Vancouver and many more.
Outside of DJing and Production, Softcoresoft is a Local Brand Manager at Ableton, responsible for education and community relations in Canada, with a focus on French-speakers across the country.
